I haven't played in a few months and bought Immortal rank years ago. I logged on today and my rank is gone. Any way I can get it back? I changed my mc name but that shouldn't of affected this. (it is exe_mma now)

If you can't find the email(s) as it’s been a while, you can use this link to check your purchase history by entering the email you originally used: LINK If this doesn't work, or you don’t remember which email you used, please look for any old screenshots or any kind of proof showing that you previously had a rank.
