I bought 10 mythic keys around a week before skyblock reset and then the keys have been removed from skyblock and swapped for different crates that didnt exist before. is there any chance you can swap my 10 myth keys for skyforge keys as there the same price. its unfair as mythic keys said skyblock on them and youve not told anyone about them being removed until a few days prior to wipe. now im $60 down and have no keys. if nothing is done ill be reporting the server to mojang aka minecraft help website for scamming. and its not just me
you are able to swap the mythical keys you bought into the new keys that are currently live on Skyblock. If you still have the confirmation email with your purchase ID, one of the owners can do this for you. Hello everyone! Please note that the above message was sent by a player who has since become staff, but their original message was not checked against the official information. I have had people use this forums post to argue that their keys should be able to be transferred, switched, or otherwise refunded. Let me be clear, this is Not the case - as of 19th December 2025, it has been decided that there will be no refunds or switches to the new key types.
