The time has come once again for our Prison server to start a brand new chapter. This season is focussed on adding as much new content as possible to keep the game feeling modern and fresh! This changelog will detail all changes big and small for our upcoming reset which will be dropping this upcoming Friday 23rd January 3pm MST.

Upcoming Changes
- Daily Rewards have been added to the Abyss Mine for players who mine the most Netherrack and Quartz
- Mining Moles have been added to the Abyss Mine and grant double drops when killed
- A new barn animal, Chickens, has been added along with their own unique produce
- A new mine upgrade, Excavator Discount, has been added and can be purchased using Chicken Produce
- Players can now choose which mobs the Livestock Autofeeder feeds, preventing wasted food
- Farmers in your barn can now hold more than 64 food
- A new community buff will activate once enough Mining Expeditions are completed collectively
- Additional treasure chests will spawn during Mining Expeditions once the community goal is completed
- Players will now receive a chat notification when their Runestone ability is ready to be used again
- A new custom enchant, Apple Luck, has been added and can be applied to Apple Pickers to increase apple yields
- Fixed an issue where withdrawing essence with a full inventory would cause the essence to be lost
- Fixed a cosmetic issue where chat messages displayed an incorrect spawner limit upon reaching Ascension ranks
- Fixed an issue where purchasing Silverfish Spawners with a full inventory would cause them to be lost
- New staff feature have been added to assist staff in catching autominers more effectively
- Season trophies have been reworked, winners of the previous season will be granted a trophy in the upcoming season moving forwards

Abyss Daily Rewards:
This upcoming season, Abyss grinders have a chance to earn extra rewards! Every 24 hours, the players who mine the most Netherrack and Nether Quartz will receive a bonus handful of Essence, with the top performers displayed on armor stands inside the Abyss world. Leaderboards reset every 24 hours, giving everyone a fresh opportunity to climb to the top. Grind hard, claim your victories, and take home the Essence!

Abyss Mining Moles:
By now, Prison players all know what Mining Moles are. Until now, there’s been one mine on the server that’s never been home to these mischievous critters: the beloved Abyss Mine. This upcoming season, Mining Moles will finally spawn in the Abyss Mine, giving the community a chance to work together to take them down and earn double drops for the next 5 minutes!.

New Barn Animals:
The Prison barn has stayed the same for many seasons, but this upcoming season brings a big upgrade! The barn has been expanded and is now home to a brand new mob: chickens. These chickens produce a new resource that can be used to purchase an exclusive mine upgrade, giving players a helpful boost in their daily grind by providing a discount on Excavator upgrades..

Autofeeder Improvements:
With the barn now housing more livestock than ever before, it was clear the Livestock Feeder needed an upgrade. This upcoming season, players will have full control over their feeders, allowing them to choose exactly which animals receive their valuable food. No more wasting resources on livestock you do not want to upgrade. With this improvement, every piece of food truly counts..

Expedition Community Goal:
Completing expeditions has always been a solo effort, but this upcoming season a Community Goal is arriving in the Expedition world. By collectively completing a set number of expeditions alongside the rest of the server, a powerful buff will activate for 24 hours. While the buff is active, players will be able to discover additional treasure within the Expedition mine, earning more rewards than ever while mining. Work together, help your fellow miners, and push the community goal to completion!.

Apple Luck Custom Enchant:
Grinding apples is a key part of Prison for any PvP player, but can you ever really have too many? While the Apple Picker tool has always been a fan favorite, it’s about to get even stronger with the addition of a new custom enchant: Apple Luck. Available in 2 levels, Apple Luck can be applied to Apple Pickers, making them more powerful than ever and allowing players to harvest even more apples while shearing leaves!.

Miscellaneous Changes
As always with new seasons, it is our primary focus to ensure we deliver enough content, quality of life changes and bug fixes to satisfy our community! Players can expect to see brand new builds alongside a smoother gameplay experience with a handful of our backend plugins being updated with performance improvements.
