There were two types of communities on this server— the minigames community and the long term games community… survival, prison, skyblock etc…. But people long for minigames too… CTF, SG, SW… we want it back. Although cake wars was dead long before your other minigames, it’s worth a try. I feel Minecraft is making a comeback. I have been on for several days. Some of us are excited for this other OG minigame server to come back. This is making people come back to Minecraft. They seem to be advertising a lot to make it worth it. Maybe McCentral could do the same and bring back the communities. The people want to have a taste of their childhood again. McCentral has changed so much, in good ways but also in bad. You took things away that brought a specific community joy. As you should know, people have lives now, jobs now, but there has been attempts of people, within the McCentral community, making new servers to bring back what this server has taken away from us. There is a discord with people who try to schedule times to play a minigame on that server. We could have minigames on a schedule, like UHC was. We could have a specific discord server for your minigames trying to bring everyone back together. Everybody would look forward to it. It would be a wonderful attempt. Eventually, if it were to become popular enough again, it could be the same, recurring games like it used to be. This small community had to resort to other servers, but nothing beats what we knew from the McCentral minigames. We are comfortable with this server. We grew with this server. We want your maps back. We want these game styles back. It feels like this management gave up against their competitors and shut their games down, you shut us down. Advertise your server. Have a proper media team that gets your attempts out there. Summer is just right around the corner. Majority of people will have a lot of time on their hands. It could be worth a shot.
